Who is the pilot for?

The pilot is for U.S. distributors and wholesalers already using NetSuite who want a clearer, consistent finance read for weekly decisions.

What does the pilot cost, and do I pay when I apply?

The pilot costs $750 for one month and one agreed legal entity. The website is application-only: submitting an application does not start checkout or take payment. There is no automatic renewal; any continuation requires agreed terms and customer consent.

What can the pilot cover?

The stated scope includes weekly A/R aging, overdue balances and customer concentration, supported profitability trends, a conditional cash outlook, a month-end management summary, and one 30-minute monthly review call. Profitability and cash analysis are included only when sufficient validated data supports them.

Does Rillmark connect directly to NetSuite?

No direct NetSuite connection is included or claimed. This website does not connect to NetSuite or accept exports.

What information does the application ask for?

It asks for your name, work email, company, role, whether your business currently uses NetSuite, and your biggest reporting challenge. Do not enter financial values, customer details, account credentials, or sensitive records. There is no file upload.

What happens after I apply?

The application is saved for review. Submission is not approval, a start date, payment authorization, or permission to collect financial data. No response deadline is promised.

What is outside the pilot scope?

The pilot does not include bookkeeping, tax, audit, collections, investment advice, outsourced CFO work, custom NetSuite software, or automatic approval. Rillmark is not affiliated with Oracle or NetSuite.

Can I upload financial files or receive a report through this site?

No. The website has no approved financial-file handoff or customer report-delivery area. Do not send files or credentials through the application or general contact form.
