The approach
Rillmark’s founder has 10+ years of experience across ERP and finance systems and currently works as a Financial Analyst and NetSuite Administrator, a role held since June 2024. They have helped implement NetSuite on schedule and have experience administering the Financials, NFP, and Supply Chain modules. The pilot focuses on one agreed entity and distinguishes supported analysis from questions the available data cannot answer.
Weekly A/R aging, overdue balances, and customer concentration are part of the stated pilot scope.
Cash outlooks and margin analysis are included only when sufficient validated data supports them. Neither is computed in the synthetic sample above.
The stated scope includes a month-end management summary and one 30-minute monthly review call for one legal entity.
Application first
The application asks six business questions and accepts no files. It is reviewed before any pilot work begins; submitting it does not authorize payment, automatic renewal, or data collection.
